Convenient and easy check-in process, with the option for a late check-out. Bonus points for offering underground parking. the central location is a plus, as it's not too far from the event. 🚗

The bed was very comfortable. the room was airy with a magnificent beach view. - the location was marvelous and lovely, perfect for our visit to the Star Gold Coast. - It's conveniently located near shops, a shopping fair, and public transport.

Handy location, own car space, amazing weekend full of laughs, good condition, large and comfortable living areas.

It had everything we needed gym pool,

The location of this hotel is amazing. It is very close to everything, including the city center for restaurants and a beautiful beach. It is also just a short walk to other casinos in the area, making it convenient for those who enjoy gambling. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were very spacious with 2 bathrooms, which was a great feature. Additionally, having breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch.

All was well, no improvements needed.

It was a nice base for sightseeing in Gold Coast. Had much fun. - Met helpful staff at the reception desk. - Favorable central location not far from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The fully self-contained apartments.Easy to get to the marathon from here with buses. Close to the Entertainment Centre for registration packs. Great for our family staying there. Lovely thanks so much :-)

The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to access all that the area has to offer. The unit we stayed in was clean and beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding area. We were impressed by the attentive and friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities in our apartment were well-maintained and met all our basic needs.

Everything at this hotel was ok and met our expectations.

Very quiet. CLose to the casino and Pacific Fair. Central to everywhere you would like to go. Room was lovely. Very clean. It was an enjoyable stay.

hot water was not working when we arrived but was then fixed Not able to turn off air conditioning which was to cold and too noisy

Liked our good modern rooms in this hotel.

The hotel was great and amazing with knowledgeable people on shift. The room was n't cleaned properly the beds were not comfortable at all and available especially in the main bedroom. There were a lounge area and a new carpet provided. The location was favourable in an excellent area, near resturants and shops, major shopping centre, and Shopping mall.
